Prior to coming to the PPRO, Charlie lived as a lawnmower at a Horse Abattoir. He would watch Horses being unloaded and herded into the abattoir, smell their fear, and never see them come out.

When he arrived, he was terrified of anyone walking behind him. Now, he is a calm little pony, who generally enjoys a pat and scratch.

Cooper and Cindy came to the organisation with rotated pedal bones, which the team at PPRO have worked hard to correct. They both move much better now.

Eva had been abandoned in a quarter acre paddock without any Human or Equine interaction for over 4 years when she came into residence. She is also known to have suffered abuse prior to that.
